Jenna's Downtown Minneapolis Photo Shoot

I had a ton of fun working with Jenna, she is such a beautiful soul and full of laughter. We met at Spyhouse coffee and had some fun with the big city sign downstairs and in the upstairs landing. MY favorite images though are the ones outside, I think it was because of the skylights and it making the light so dang harsh. I didn’t love it as much as I thought I would. But we live and learn, try new things. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. But I think all the images are all beyond beautiful. Jenna wore her cute little floral romper at the end of February and it was perfect. The sun was shining and it was a beautiful 60 degrees, I can’t say the same for the days since. It was such a perfect fluke weather day!

Jenna even was able to wear this stunning blue dress with a fabulous back made of a few straps! We went over to the Mill City Museum next and the Stone Arch Bridge in downtown Minneapolis. We were going to try and stop at the Bob Dylan mural in downtown Minneapolis but the traffic was just to crazy. Jenna’s boyfriend Owen was the best helper holding the reflector for me and all of our stuff. We actually lost Jenna’s boots half way though the shoot. I guess we set them down and just walked off. Luckily they were still at the bush we stopped at to take some photos in front of!
